Bandon, Oregon: Sunshine! Not a cloud in the sky sunshine! That is what we woke to this morning. Okay, so it was 43°. No matter. DT had no meetings, no conference calls... nothing on his schedule but a tee time.
Bliss.

My scorecard read 123. My average. I so suck at golf.
No matter. An afternoon with Kathy and Woody. Sunshine. Golf.
After golfing, we popped into Bandon to visit a new Oregon cheese company. Face Rock Creamery opened their store in May 2013. I swear, this state is producing more cheese than Wisconsin these days. Just kidding, but Oregon cheese is simply amazing.

The Face Rock Creamery (named for a rock formation just off-shore of Bandon) makes cheddars and jacks - in several flavors. Their Pepper-Jack is the hottest I have evertasted. Wonderful. If you have some time, explore the OUR STORY section of their website to learn more about the history of cheese making in Oregon.
Until my next update, I remain, your cheesy correspondent.
