Indio, California: We had the best day in the sunshine with our family. Just spending time together, trying to keep the little guy entertained, fed and safe. After waffles, we went to the Living Desert Museum zoo in Palm Desert.
The little ponies in Griffith Park will seem kinda boring now - Leo rode a camel today.

Leo was highly amused at this giraffe doing the splits in order to get a drink from a pond.
We were amused at the ostrich "photo-bombing" the giraffe.
Leo used a brush to pet the goats in the petting zoo.

Snack timeAfter several hours at the zoo, we came back to the RV resort. Leo took a nap and then we played a little golf.

Thank goodness.
Then it was time for dinner - our usual New Year's Eve menu of Fettuccini Alfredo... except this year, we changed things up a bit and added a little grilled chicken breast.
I don't have to tell you - this was delicious
