After pounding the pavement, DT and I headed into town for the final show of All Shook Up presented by Playhouse Merced. Our niece, Meghan, had a starring role in the show.
Of course she did!

All Shook Up is a two-act musical, featuring the songs of Elvis Presley. The scenario is about what happens when a hot young guy shows up - on his broken-down motorcycle - and shakes up a small town (where nothing ever happens). After singing about a zillion Elvis songs, everyone falls in love!
If only life were that simple.
Not sure about Elvis, but I am fairly certain Prozac could be completely eliminated from the American pharmaceutical buffet if everyone sang a little more Jimmy Buffett.
Just an idea.

After the show, the brothers grilled burgers and we had another fun laughter-filled evening in Merced.
Until my next update, I remain, your shaken (not stirred) correspondent.
