Indio, California: Only one day after arriving back in Indio from a week in Oregon with family, DT's Mom arrived for a visit with her friend, Gene.

Smart Lady.
I served a large Salad Nicoise (mercifully little cooking!) in our covered pavilion for luncheon and we hung-around waiting for our new golf cart to be delivered. Finally, the company called and claimed something was amiss with the "controller" and our golf cart would be delivered tomorrow morning (with a new "controller" - on their dime). What is a "controller" on a golf cart anyway? Our kind neighbors, Lois and Steve, let us borrow their golf cart so we could take Mom & Gene on a tour of this fabulous RV resort. Gene used to have a place at Cocopah RV & Golf Resort (the website has sound), in Yuma, Arizona. Gene was amazed at our little campground!

We went to the oddly-named La Brasserie Bistro in La Quinta for dinner. Since we observing Passover, we thought a place with meat and French fries would be just up our alley.

Happy Passover!
Until my next update, I remain, your family correspondent.
LET'S MOVE IN MARCH! I have challenged y'all to get out there, lace up your sneakers and walk or jog (or the exercise of your choice) at least 30 minutes - five or six days a week in March. I'm doing this for charity and my prominent backside.
My knee is as big as the Goodyear Blimp. How's it going for you? Please comment below.
