Ready… Set…

Tomorrow we leave for a several-months-long trip in our RV. We have been getting organized and making plans for our next "Postcards from the Road" adventure. We have made a few reservations, but much of the time we will be playing it by ear and going where the wind/weather blows our bus.

I am busy writing thank you cards to people who have donated to "Gloria's Kitchen" - the fund set-up to honor My Mother at Tres Islas Orphanage Fund in Mexico. Oh, I just can't tell you how happy Mom would be at the generosity of her friends and family! Thank you all so much.

Since DT hates bringing our massive RV into our massive circular drive, we are taking things to our RV and loading-up at the storage unit. Golf clubs, clothes, food... and okay, a little wine... was delivered to the Magna Peregrinus this afternoon.

DT's Tahoe was crammed stuffed loaded with items we would need for our trip.

He pulled the Magna Peregrinus just far enough out of the storage garage that we could extend the slide-rooms to access all the closets and the pantry.

Oh, I just can't stand an empty pantry. No worries, Dear Reader, our pantry is now fully-stocked and ready to roll.

On the way home, we stopped at our favorite local hipster pizza emporium, Pizzicato, to enjoy a Quattro Formaggi with Lamb Sausage and Mushrooms.

I'm gonna miss that pizza.

I mean it.

Until my next update, I remain, ready-to-roll correspondent.
