La Quinta, California: Such a busy time - and so much of it spent in the kitchen - to prepare for Passover and a week-long visit from our family. Leo and Lucile weren't here ten minutes before they were in the pool:
We had appetizers, then held the Seder, before dinner. Roasted chicken, a matzo-mushroom kugel, and green beans. Desert was a miniature apricot cheesecake with a matzo-almond crust.
There was waaaaay too much red wine and purple grape juice on the menu to use my ancient white Passover tablecloth!
