Napa, California: Not much to report today. Dave walked over to a car rental office, so now we have more convenient transport around the Napa Valley. It must have been “Take Your Cat to Work” day at the car rental:

There is a very good Mexican restaurant, Maria’s Taqueria, just near the fairgrounds, and we like to go for lunch when we are in town. Dave had two tacos:

I ordered the Mini Nachos. I told the server there was a typo on their menu. I ordered MINI nachos and I was delivered MANY nachos:

Then we drove north of town to a shoe shop we both like, but were both were skunked today. Dang. Shoe shopping is just the worst thing for me and I make my hubby crazy with shoe boxes being delivered to our house, and returned and delivered and returned and delivered and returned. Another errand was to a bookstore to find a road atlas/map. We left ours at home (idiots!), but the lone shop in Napa was map-free.

So many new shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms downtown Napa. Everything is looking nice, and there is more construction around the center of the city. More hotels, shops and restaurants coming soon.
We had dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in Napa, Ristorante Allegria. It is in an antique bank building - and if you have a large enough party, you can eat inside the old bank vault. (We did this once - very fun.) Walking to the Italian restaurant afforded us pretty views of downtown Napa in the setting sun:

Tonight we each only ordered appetizers. Burrata with tomatoes and Mac & Cheese balls.

Tomorrow we have actual wine tasting (as opposed to wine drinking) planned.
Until my next update, I remain, your nothing odd happened to our RV today correspondent.
Campground Information: Napa Valley Expo RV Park.
If you should happen to have State Farm Insurance they have very nice Atlas maps and they are free to clients. We have used them for many years getting a new one every few years.
