Tequila Lime Chicken

Garnish the cooked chicken with fresh cilantro, if desired.

Juice of four limes
1/3 cup tequila
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves chopped garlic
4 chicken breast halves (boneless, skinless)
Place lime juice, tequila, olive oil, cilantro, salt and garlic in a ziplock bag. Place chicken in bag, shake to coat and let marinate for several hours. Grill over hot coals until just cooked through.

Serves 4.
