San Francisco, California: Dave and I just love San Francisco and visit The City often. We love the fog, the bridges, the history, the shopping, the multi-cultural ambiance - and the food.
Oh. My. Goodness. The. Food.
We had a little treat in the sky before leaving our campsites in Napa this morning:

The route from Napa to San Francisco is not an easy course in a 45-foot motorhome (towing a car). The lanes are narrow. The road is rough. We left Napa, with Woody following. 90 minutes later - and a lot of sweat - we found ourselves just south of The City in Pacifica at the San Francisco RV Resort.

The weather was beautiful in San Francisco today. Though too foggy in town to witness the solar eclipse, our friends were able to see it a bit from the bridge. How momentous!
After their exercise, we gathered at Alioto's for delicious seafood dinners.

Until my next update, I remain, your San Francisco correspondent.
RV PARK: San Francisco RV Resort - Glorified parking lot over-looking the Pacific Ocean, with convenient access to San Francisco via car or public transport. Bathhouse, laundry, free wifi, pool, hot tub, recycling, cable. Walk to grocery, restaurants, shops. We are paying $71 per night with AARP discount (because we are old). Terrible water pressure.
