Veggie Stir fry with Cashews

I stir-fried broccolini, red pepper, onion, garlic, chili flakes and cashews, then "sauced it" with veggie stock, sesame oil, sherry and soy sauce. Served it over brown basmati. We also enjoyed sliced cucumbers tossed in seasoned rice vinegar and salt.
