Hello RV Goddess-heads! I hope you all had a relaxing weekend… or a productive weekend… or which ever type of weekend you desired. I worked hard and finished up a few tasks on my list – and I relaxed and we finally enjoyed a few sunny days!
And we even enjoyed a cool drink before Shabbat on our front porch… where we could see our flowers finally blooming.
Nothing says summer like an icy gin & tonic. It was so refreshing, even the neighbors hopped-up on the front porch for a visit:
My sister celebrated a birthday this weekend, so we invited Renee and (our niece) Carla for dinner Saturday. The weather was so lovely, we dined on our deck for the first time all summer!
I made a big pot of minestrone soup and served a vegan chocolate pudding (using soy milk) for dessert. The pudding was pretty dang delicious. If I say so myself.
My Driver did the dishes.
Best. Husband. Ever.
It was a great three-day break-from-blogging… and I love getting things checked-off my to do list. I also treasure a clean office/den and an empty “in” basket on my desk.
My “needlepoint headquarters” in my den.
Until my next update, I remain, your recharged correspondent.
