Whole Wheat Molasses Bread

Adding a bit of molasses gives this bread wonderful color, flavor and aroma.

ADD TO BREAD MACHINE IN THIS ORDER:
1¼ cups non-chlorinated water
1 Tablespoon molasses
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup stone-ground whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 to 2¼ cups white bread flour
2½ teaspoons yeast

Use whole wheat/dough cycle. After cycle is over, place dough on lightly floured board and let it rest 10 minutes. Shape into loaf and place in oiled 1½ -pound loaf pan and let rise about 40 minutes, or until doubled. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack. Cool before slicing.
