Whole Wheat Bread

ADD TO BREAD MACHINE IN THIS ORDER:
3/4 cup water
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup white bread flour
1 Tablespoon sugar (or 2 Tablespoons honey)
2½ teaspoons yeast

CYCLE: whole wheat, dough, large.

After dough rises and punches down, knead a bit while shaping into loaf. Place in oiled 1½ -pound loaf pan and let rise about 40 minutes, or until doubled. Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool before slicing.
