Very easy – especially if you use bagged baby spinach leaves.
10 oz. bag fresh baby spinach leaves, rinsed and dried
3-4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon vegetable or peanut oil
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
It takes about a minute to cook this dish. Heat large skillet or wok. Add oil and sauté the garlic in the hot oil for a few seconds. Do not let it burn! Add the spinach and pour the soy sauce over. Turn continuously. As soon as all the spinach is coated and cooked-down, remove to serving dish. Serve immediately.
