Indio, California: Hello from Indio! I can't tell how much we enjoyed our three weeks in Borrego Springs. What a lovely jewel in the desert. I encourage you all to spend some time in lovely Borrego... but remember to make reservations, okay?
Only one hour from rustic Borrego Springs, we found ourselves with this view:
Yup. We are back at the Motorcoach Country Club, and we will be here for the entire month of March! I get to have this view for 31 days. We have rented a massive (privately owned) lot on the canal.
It is a front-in site, so we have this north-facing vista out the windscreen and our patio is in the shade all day. We are also just around the corner from this:

Sigh. Oh, unlimited produce and wine selection... how I have missed you.
As the sun set, we enjoyed a cold beer - wondering at our luck to "camp" here for the next month.Until my next update, I remain, your Indio correspondent.
